How Kept works

Three surfaces. One operating system.

The floor executes. The desk sees room readiness. The office manages the property.

Floor

Username and PIN. Assigned rooms. Large room numbers. Checklist progress. Issues and safety. Built for the phone already in the housekeeper's hand.

Front desk

A current view of what is clean, what is still being worked and what needs attention. Readable while a guest is standing at the counter.

Office

Assignments, maintenance, inventory, projects, imports, exports, reporting and the operational record.

Language

The language follows the person.

English, Spanish and Haitian Creole are supported in the floor experience. A user's language is tied to the account, not the handset.

Continuity

The day carries forward what still matters.

01

Out-of-order rooms

Carry forward with their reason attached.

02

Projects

Hold rooms across days until the work is actually complete.

03

Stockroom

On-hand counts carry forward. Anything low or out stays on the Reorder list until it is restocked.

04

Safety

Alerts route with the current room context. If the phone cannot reach the server, Kept tells the user to use the radio instead of pretending an alert was sent.
