Questions

Kept, without the sales pitch.

The operating model, limits and deployment questions buyers usually ask first.

Does Kept replace the PMS?

No. Kept is an operations layer. It can use the morning room-status report and produce an updated sheet for the end-of-shift handoff.

What happens if the morning report is late?

The day can open with rooms treated as dirty until the board is reconciled. Kept prefers a conservative room state over incorrectly presenting an unverified room as clean.

What data does Kept require?

Room and staff operational data, checklists, status changes and issue records. The core workflow does not require guest names, reservation records or payment-card data.

Is Kept multi-property?

Not as a finished production capability today. The current product is designed and operated at the property level.

Who builds and supports Kept?

JQT Enterprises. Product, deployment and support remain with the company that builds the system.
